The staff at Extended Stay America Select Suites - Orlando - Southpark - Equity Row is attentive and very amiable. The setting of the hotel is excellent and exceptionally nice, located near MCO airport and the Florida Mall.

Tbh, had a really enjoyable stay on your next visit here. Everything was perfect, magnificent location really close to Florida Mall and the parks and for groceries, top-class staff. Had well-appointed room with missing coffee maker & toaster, which I liked.

The hotel offered great prices. the breakfast had a good variety of food, including coffee, granola, and muffins. I appreciated having a coffee table and a couch bed in the room. the hotel is centrally located near other attractions like International Drive and the center, making it convenient.

They had a stove.

They didn't clean the rooms during our visit.

few staff, rooms dirty, asked for some cleaning staff and never show up. bathroom was awful. small roaches in the sink... it was really a bad experience. we stayed 4 days and only one day we can get a fruit for breakfast... even when we woke up early. 7 am

Our room was great - updated, super clean, and it had everything we needed like a microwave, fridge, and seating area. the only thing missing was a coffee maker and toaster 🙁.

The staff were very nice, willing to help, and made us feel welcomed. the room was spotless and updated, with a coffee table and a couch bed. the breakfast included coffee, granola, and muffins.

Didn't feel safe with the type of people in the hotel and how they were allowed to behave.

That the associate Jessica went above and beyond to try an accommodate us.

Facility wasn't what I observed on website. I was truly unsatisified with the housekeeping of this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, just off International Drive near malls, restaurants, and shopping centers. The room I booked was updated, very clean, and available on upper floors.

Hotel was central (near venue and shops), had hot water, microwave and fridge were clean, and air conditioning worked.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and garbage, the bed sheets were dirty, the furniture was dusty, the carpet was greasy and dirty, there was food on the counter, no room cleaners came. Also, the wifi was choppy.

Bed could have been a little softer and carpet was pretty worn but was fine for what we needed for two nights
